557u7 — Safe & Responsible Gaming
Knowing your limits is the greatest skill. 557u7 is committed to keeping your gaming experience safe and balanced — every step of the way.
Gaming as Entertainment, Not a Problem
557u7 believes online gaming is a recreational activity — only when it is enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. We want every player to play at their own comfort, within a set budget, and with peace of mind.
Gaming should never replace essential household expenses. Taking a break at the right time, setting your own spending limits, and asking for help when needed — these three habits define a responsible player. At 557u7, we are by your side — not just on the gaming floor, but for your wellbeing too.
Warning: Gaming can be addictive. If you feel that your own or someone you know's gaming habits are getting out of control, please contact our support team immediately.
Tools for Control in Your Hands
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it takes some time — this is intentional by design.
Time-Out Feature
Need a temporary break? Set a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, no betting activity will be possible on your account.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a long-term break. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends — your protection is the goal.
Session Time Limit
Set a time limit for how long you play in one session. Once the set time is up, you will be automatically logged out and receive a notification.
Betting History Review
You can view your complete betting and deposit history in your account. Review it regularly — it is the basis for making informed decisions.

Understanding Bonus Terms & Conditions Is Important
The welcome bonus at 557u7 is up to 100% of your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. It is an attractive offer, but wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 in bonus (total ৳2,000). Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after completing bets of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined.
Read the terms and conditions before deciding to take a bonus. Placing higher bets out of a desire for a bonus is irresponsible behaviour. Knowing the right information will help you make the right decisions.
